Technical Sales Representative for Laminate Materials

CCI Eurolam GmbH, a member of CCI Eurolam Group, a leading supplier to the electronics industry in the EMEA area, is looking for a technical Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product implementations on site, as well as taking care on commercial topics with potential clients.

We are looking for a successful candidate that has PCB experience to help our team promote Laminate materials (FR4, Polyimide, Flex etc.). A good knowledge of materials processing is essential with interpersonal skills to liaise with both the customer and internal CCI staff. You will be required to help customers with processing / testing of materials, communication both spoken and written in English will be required.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs and products.
  • Giving sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Generating leads, helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
  • Preparing and submitting sales prices and contracts for orders.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly reports.

Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in sales, working from home office
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Technical background as well as commercial skills, Hands-on mentality.
  • Used to the environment of electronics Industry
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel national and international.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
