For our location in Dreieich, we are looking for a full-time, permanent employee with immediate effect:
Purchase administration (m/w/d)
A wide range of challenges expects you:
• Coordinate sales requirements with delivery options and technical options
• International procurement tasks
• Disposition and determination of goods requirements and optimal order quantity
• Monitoring and control of minimum quantities
• Setting delivery dates, order quantities and order times
• Obtain and compare freight conditions and rates from forwarding agencies
• Checking suppliers’ order confirmations and adherence to delivery dates
• Monitor delivery dates advised by freight forwarders; communicate delays to sales immediately
• Provide customs clearance instructions to forwarding agents
• Check, manage and book import and goods invoices as well as customs documents
• Claim defects to the supplier
Complement our team with your qualifications:
• Successfully completed commercial qualification
• Two to three years of professional experience
• Good commercial knowledge and negotiating skills
• Confident skills in written and spoken English
• Confident handling of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft AX) and common MS Office applications
• An analytically thinking, committed and independently working personality with good communication and teamwork skills
