AGFA DiPaMat® Jettable Inks

DiPaMat® Legend Ink Paints for the assembly and marking printing, are characterized by the highest opacity. These have been specially developed for use on un- and fully cured solder resists. Applied by inkjet technology, these can be cured quickly with both UV and LED (395 nm, 385 nm and 365 nm). DiPaMat® marking lacquers are non-toxic, ROHS and REACH compliant, halogen-free and contain no volatile organic compounds. DiPaMat® marking printing can be processed on all known inkjet printers.

DiPaMat® Etch Resist ER03 is a blue, UV-curable etch resist for printing on metals using inkjet technology and can be used in conventional etching and stripping processes. The etch resist defines the image to be etched or the structure on metals. ER03 can be used to etch copper on circuit boards and on other metals for chemical patterning. ER03 offers a high contrast, is resistant < 30 min. in acidic etching media such as FeCl3 or CuCl2 and dissolves in particles during removal. DiPaMat® Solder mask SMG02 and SMG03 are green, UV-curable solder masks for inkjet printing on PCB surfaces. SMG02/SMG03 are characterized by high resolution, excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and mechanical strength.
