Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• Proactive customer support and advice in the internal service
• Quotation preparation and follow up
• Support of our external sales team
• Maintaining customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities
• Complaints management
Your profile:
• Completed commercial training or studies, alternatively completed technical training with commercial knowledge
• Technical know-how
• Sales experience
• Committed and team-orientated, independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and customer-orientation
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
