Resin release agent

Tadco’s Release agents are high temperature release agent contain no silicon and no ozone depleting substances.

  • Dri-Lube DL 1000 Spray: It provides a protective dry film that stays on the surface to facilitate the release of epoxy resin from plates, pins and bushing. Has a very mild odor. Heat stable up to 260°C (500°F).
  • Tuf-Lube 3C: Versatile and effective water based release agent. Heat stable up to 176°C (305°F). The initial ratio recommendation is 1:4 (Tuf-Lube to water). Comes in bottles of 3.7 L.

Lamination Tooling and Transport Plate

Tadco’s strict adherence to quality standard and exclusive use of custom alloys makes a word of difference when producing multilayer PCB’s. Every order of tooling plates comes with a coordinate Measuring Machine Report and Certificate of Compliance traceable to MIL standards. In addition, Tadco can manufacture Lamination and Transport Plates for any press system; both manual and automatic load and unload. Tadco’s specialized knowledge of the PCB lamination processes as well as metallurgical and heat treating sciences combined with highly graded steel allows them to produce the finest tooling available today.

  • Lamination press plates: Plates are supplied with hardened bushing holes, slots or any combination of the above. In a Tadco’s set, all plates are exchangeable: Plates don’t have to remain in set!
  • Stainless steel separator plates: All separator plates are shipped with a Vinyl coating and a scratch free custom polish on both sides. Plates sized to requirement +1/16 – 0. Standard thickness is .060” with other thicknesses available on request.

Tadco’s pins and bushings are machined to precise tolerances using very hard special steels (hardness: 60 to 65 Rockwell) and are interchangeable within the industry. Replacements are guaranteed to fit.
